A note for Mac users
If you are importing a CSV file you created on a Macintosh, please note that you will want to save the file as a CSV (Windows) format when you save it from Excel. Any other format will not work, including the CSV (Comma delimited) format.

If you save as a standard CSV the columns will not match up when importing and the email system will not be able to match the names, email addresses, and other subscriber fields.
