Knowledge Base
The Knowledge Base (KB) is intended to be a little bit more personal than the users guide in that when we answer questions we'll be responding to real-world situations we've received from our customers.

So, if you have a question and submit it via this site or by telephone, likely we'll write a generic KB article and post it here for future reference.
